1. Who we are

These terms cover your use of oblioria.com (the “site”). The site is run by Lexara Advisory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that operates Oblioria (“Oblioria”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@oblioria.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use the site.

3. What the site is

The site gives general information about Oblioria’s compliance software and services. It is not legal advice. Using the site, sending us a message or booking a call does not create a lawyer-client relationship with Oblioria or with anyone named on the site. Information about laws and regulations is current as of the date shown on each page, and the law may have changed since.

Constantin Razvan Gospodin, Oblioria’s co-founder and Head of Legal & AI Governance, is a European-qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Spain (ICATF No. 5961). He leads the platform’s legal and regulatory methodology and coordinates European legal professionals specializing in the EU AI Act, GDPR and AI governance.

Oblioria is a compliance technology platform operated by Lexara Advisory LLC, not a law firm. Using the platform or contacting its co-founder does not, by itself, establish a lawyer-client relationship. Lexara Advisory LLC provides compliance technology, regulatory assessments, independent auditing and AI-governance consultancy under separate written agreements. Where individualized legal advice or legal remediation is required, these services are contracted directly with appropriately qualified legal professionals under separate professional engagements defining their scope, fees and responsible service providers.

5. Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Don’t attack or overload it, abuse its forms with bots, or try to get around its security. Don’t send confidential information about a legal matter, or sensitive personal information, through our forms or the booking page.

6. Our content and brand

The site’s content and the Oblioria name and logo belong to Lexara Advisory LLC. You may view the site, link to it, quote it with attribution, and print or save pages for your own reference.

We expressly permit search engines and AI crawlers that comply with our robots.txt to crawl, index, analyze and perform text and data mining on publicly accessible content of this website, including for AI model training, to the extent that Lexara Advisory LLC holds the relevant rights. We encourage accurate attribution and links to Oblioria as the original source. This permission does not extend to private content, client information, the Oblioria application, proprietary software, third-party materials or unauthorized use of our trademarks. All other uses require our written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The site links to services run by others, such as Cal.com for booking and LinkedIn. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

8. The Oblioria application

Use of the Oblioria application is governed by a separate agreement. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract.

9. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the content is complete, accurate or current, or that the site will always be available. We don’t guarantee any compliance outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We post the updated terms on this page with a new effective date. If you use the site after that, the updated terms apply.

13. General

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term, we don’t waive it. These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
