This policy explains how Oblioria handles personal information collected through oblioria.com (the “site”). The address oblioria.ai redirects to the site. This policy does not cover the Oblioria application, which will have its own privacy policy, published before the application collects any customer data.

Who we are

Oblioria is operated by Lexara Advisory LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Oblioria”, “we”, “us”). We decide how and why the information collected on this site is used. In GDPR terms, we are the controller. To contact us about privacy, email privacy@oblioria.com.

Our representative in the European Union under Article 27 GDPR is Secure Found, S.L. (NIF B-56538416), Avenida de los Pueblos, 31, 38670 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. You can also contact it about this policy at regulatory@securefound.com or +34 922 08 85 50.

What we collect and why

  • Contact form and email. Your name, work email, company, message and how you heard about us, when you use the contact form or email us. We use them to answer you and to discuss Oblioria with you.
  • Booked calls. Your name, email, time zone, chosen time and any notes you add, when you book a call through Cal.com. We use them to schedule and hold the call.
  • Phone calls. Your phone number, the time and length of the call, what you tell us and any voicemail you leave, when you call +1 (646) 381-2032 or we call you back. We use them to answer you. We don’t record or transcribe calls.
  • Technical data. Your IP address and browser and device signals, such as your user agent and TLS fingerprint. Cloudflare processes them on each visit to deliver the site and keep it secure. On the contact form only, Cloudflare Turnstile uses them to tell people from bots.
  • Traffic statistics. Cloudflare counts visits on its servers and shows us aggregate statistics, such as the number of visits and pages viewed. We run no analytics script in your browser.

Legal basis (for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland). To answer your inquiries and hold calls: steps you ask for before entering into a contract with us or, otherwise, our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. For technical data and traffic statistics: our legitimate interest in running the site and keeping it secure.

Giving us your details is voluntary, but we need a way to reach you to answer. Please don’t send us sensitive information, such as health data, government ID numbers or financial account numbers. We don’t make automated decisions about you or build visitor profiles.

Cookies

We set no cookies. We use no analytics script, advertising or tracking cookies, pixels, session replay or social media plugins. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it checks for bots. Booking opens on Cal.com’s own site, which has its own cookie and privacy policies.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We share it only with:

  • service providers that work for us: Cloudflare (hosting, security, the Turnstile bot check and traffic statistics), Resend (delivers contact form messages to our inbox), Zoho Mail (our email) and Corporate Phone (our phone line). They may use it only to provide their services to us, except that Cloudflare also uses Turnstile signals to improve its bot detection (see Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum);
  • Cal.com, which runs our booking page under its own terms and privacy policy. You give your booking details to Cal.com, and it passes them to us;
  • our professional advisers, under a duty of confidentiality;
  • authorities, when the law requires it, or to protect rights and safety;
  • a successor company. We expect to move the Oblioria business to a new company. If we do, your information moves with it under this policy, and we will update this page.

Apart from the Cloudflare bot-detection signals described above, no other party collects personal information about your online activities over time and across websites through our site.

Where it is processed

Lexara Advisory LLC is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States, in the European Union, where our email provider Zoho Mail stores our mailbox data, and in other locations where our service providers operate.

Where the GDPR applies, international data transfers are subject to applicable safeguards. Cloudflare relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for eligible transfers to the United States and on Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Resend and Cal.com rely on the Data Privacy Framework and on the Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing agreements. Zoho Mail keeps our mailbox in the European Union; where Zoho group companies outside the EU access it for support, Zoho relies on Standard Contractual Clauses. Corporate Phone, our phone service, is based in the United States. You can ask for a copy of these safeguards at privacy@oblioria.com.

How long we keep it

Inquiries, emails and call notes: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer under a customer agreement if you become a customer. Copies of contact form messages at Resend: 30 days. Booking records: 24 months, plus Cal.com’s own retention. Technical and security data: as long as Cloudflare keeps it under its own retention policy, which sets no fixed period for Turnstile signals or security logs. The site’s own logs hold no personal information. Traffic statistics: aggregate figures only.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it for a purpose. Email privacy@oblioria.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will answer within one month.

If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland and the GDPR applies, you can also ask us to restrict processing, receive your data in a portable format, object to processing based on our legitimate interests, withdraw any consent at any time, and complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos).

Your right to object. Where we rely on our legitimate interests, you can object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation. Email privacy@oblioria.com.

Marketing email

We send no marketing email today. If we start, we will send it only to people who ask for it (in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland: with your consent), and every message will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. You can object to marketing at any time, and we act on requests within 10 business days.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We don’t track visitors across websites, so these signals change nothing on our site. We treat them as a request not to sell or share your information, which we don’t do anyway.

Children

The site is for businesses and is not directed at children. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you think a child has sent us information, tell us and we will delete it.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls and established providers, but no system is perfectly secure. Please report security issues to security@oblioria.com.

Changes to this policy

We post changes on this page with a new effective date. For a material change, we also show a notice on the home page and email the people we have an active relationship with before it takes effect.
